Bacon Rolls

The next time you're thinking about sizzling up some bacon, roll it around some shredded carrots, green onions, ginger and enoki mushroom, coat it in eggs and flour, then take everything to the frying pan for something that'll look like:

Ingredients:
-Bacon
-Shredded carrots, green onions, ginger
-Enoki mushrooms * optional

The lengthy shape of bacon makes for a perfect wrap and to counterbalance any guilt you'll feel for indulging in bacon, you can say, hey I had some veggies with all the consumed cholesterol! Just skewer the rolled bacon and veggies with a toothpick before dropping them into the frying pan and make sure you remove it before eating. Also, let the cooked bacon cool on paper towels before removing the toothpicks and cut in half on a diagonal for perfect bite sized rolls.
