Homemade dumplings
Mmmm...dare I reveal the recipe for our homemade dumplings?
One of these days, I'll give just the gist: meat, mushrooms, cabbage, ginger, I'm sure you can find a recipe online somewhere. And maybe even video of the dumpling skin rolling contest, that ought to be fun, I'm quick but my peels aren't always round!
