
2 cups oatmeal
5 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste
2 tablespoons maltose

Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl, spoon onto parchment covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Cookies will harden when cool.
Makes a dozen + cookies.
