Vegetarian? This recipe is as simple as can be and is a nice twist to the often garlicy pesto.
Pasta w/Almond Pea Pesto
1 pound penne
2 ten ounce packages of frozen peas
1/2 cup blanched almonds (or the slivered type)
1/4 cup olive oil
Easy and delicious!
