However, in order for me to do so, please send burn and postage. This means mailing me a blank recordable CD along with prepaid postage (aka self-addressed stamped envelope) so the completed CD can be mailed back to you.

If there is a CD trade/swap involved, this step may or may not be necessary, depending upon the number of CDs swapped.
